Virtual accountant
The accountant allows you to direct emails into a specific inbox, before deciphering what type of financial document it is. For example, if a BACS remittance advice comes into the inbox, the virtual accountant recognizes it as a sales receipt and files it away into a separate folder containing all of the receipts.
